Online Support:
The support resources on this page are presented
in the order in which we expect our customers will
find it the most helpful. Our online documents are
available 24 hours a day, and we are linking to
our most popular documents first on this page.
E-mail, Fax, and Phone Support:
MOSIS can also provide more personal support if necessary, via e-mail,
fax, or telephone, but our support staff is typically available only 8
hours a day, Monday through Friday, and we have a limited number of
staff members serving a very large design community. You will often
find the answers you need most quickly by checking our on-line
document library or by posting a note on the bulletin board of the
MOSIS Users Group - see section 4 below. For e-mail, fax, and phone
support, see sections 5-7 below.

first place to look when you have questions about MOSIS.
The complete Web site menu appears on the left side of every
page of our site, and we have tried to organize that menu
in a way that makes it very easy for customers
to quickly find the information they need.
